Happy Buyer!

I asked for a review from a client that I recently helped purchase her new home:

A neighbor referred me to Becky after roughly six months of searching and seven offers submitted. Some could chalk that up to the rough Austin housing market, but in addition to that, I knew something was missing. I’d been through two other realtors before I found Becky and all of them were missing any “get up and go” attitude. None of the realtors I worked with before Becky had done much proactive realtor work – I was constantly reaching out to them, not them to me. I felt like I was in this hunt on my own.

Enter Becky!

Becky is the opposite of all that. I felt like I had a partner and ally during this experience. She often suggested different trajectories, homes that I may have missed, neighborhoods I might have overlooked. She was in it to win it. Also, during the closing process, she was on top of things; sending me helpful reminders all along the way. She was there to greet and shadow the inspector when I couldn’t. She took it upon herself to call a foundation specialist – not just any foundation specialist, but the ones that performed work on the home many years ago. She even took my earnest money to the title company. What an amazing experience – I’m telling you, they don’t make them like Becky anymore. The neighbor that referred me to Becky initially said “she (Becky) is old school” and now I know why. She’s just a gem.

I am a realtor with get up and go. I like to help people buy or sell real estate in the way that works for them.
